Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jorge began working in the low-voltage industry in 1995. Before founding Zambrano Technology Services, he spent more than 25 years with an established contractor, progressing through the field and building extensive hands-on experience across communications, security and life-safety systems. Today, he remains personally involved in projects of every size—from a single service call or difficult system problem to major commercial, public works and infrastructure installations.

His experience covers the complete project cycle: planning and coordination, pathway and cabling installation, equipment integration, programming, testing, troubleshooting, turnover and long-term service. Jorge brings the same attention and accountability to fire alarm, fiber optics, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, security, DAS, public address and specialty low-voltage systems.

Alex Tinajero

Project Manager & Estimator

Alex brings more than a decade of field and project-management experience across low-voltage, security, communications and life-safety work. His background includes major Metro infrastructure projects involving outdoor fiber-optic backbones, innerduct installation and pulling, fire-alarm systems serving substations, RADiAX distributed communications and public-address systems.

He supports projects from estimating and preconstruction through scheduling, material coordination, field execution and closeout. Alex also performs fiber verification with OTDR and optical power-meter testing, copper and fiber certification with Fluke Networks equipment, Valcom programming, DMP programming and integration of CCTV, intrusion and access-control systems.

Business Operations & Field Services

Jorge Jr. earned his business degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and complements that education with hands-on field experience across the systems our company installs and services. He helps connect disciplined business operations with the practical needs of customers and field teams.

His work supports project coordination, customer communication, field logistics and the day-to-day systems that keep projects moving from award through completion.
